Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment or before substantial work has commenced.
  • Written communication via email to info@creworktech.in is required.
  • Refunds are processed only for the portion of work not yet delivered.
  • Third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, ad spend) are non-refundable.

Web Development & Design Projects

  • Before work begins: Full refund of advance, minus 10% administrative fee.
  • After wireframe/design approval: 50% of advance may be refunded based on work completed.
  • After development started: Proportional refund based on work completed.
  • After final delivery & approval: No refund applicable.
Note: Domain names, hosting subscriptions and premium themes/plugins purchased for your project are non-refundable.

SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Cancel before the next billing cycle with 15 days' written notice.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads spend paid to ad platforms is non-refundable by us.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once campaign setup has been initiated.

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Before first draft: Full refund minus 15% administrative and creative consultation fee.
  • After first draft: 50% refund may be applicable.
  • After final approval: No refund once final files are delivered.

Refund Process

  • Step 1: Email your request to info@creworktech.in with project details and invoice number.
  • Step 2: Our team reviews and responds within 3 business days.
  • Step 3: If approved, refund processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
  • Step 4: Email confirmation once refund is initiated.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • Hosting subscriptions
  • SSL certificate purchases
  • Third-party software licences, premium themes and plugins
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platform ad spend
  • Completed and approved work
